The Home Page is the view into all the Projects you've created within RedSpec™. A Project contains any number of member calculations, typically related to a site or building.
Key Features:
Displays the Projects recently edited
Search for and open a Project
Create new Projects and/or Folders to help organize Projects within your RedSpec Site
Open a Project, select multiple Projects and peform a common action
Drill down into Folders to view the content of that Folder
Import a legacy desktop RedSpec file to convert to the new web platform
If you have an Company Entity with many users, you can filter the projects by "Owned by me", "Owned by anyone", and "Not owned by me".
Action Buttons
Select Item - clicking this button allows you to select multiple items and then peform a common action like Move or Delete
New Project - click this button to create a new Project
New Folder - click this button to create a new Folder
Selected a single Project Action Buttons:
Cancel - returns you to the prior view, removes your selection
Edit Name - change the name of the Project or Folder
Copy - create a copy of the Project or Folder
Move - move the Project to a different Folder, or a Folder to another Folder
Delete - delete the selected Project. Please us with caution.
If you've selected multiple Projects the Action Buttons are:
Cancel - returns you to the prior view, removes your selection
Move - you can move multiple Projects to a different Folder
Delete - you can delete multiple Projects and Folders. Please use with caution. Once deleted all data is erased.
If you have chosen to move a project(s), this dialog box will allow you to select the folder you want the project moved to
