Sharing

Granting Access

• Begin type the email address of the individual you would like to share with in the "Add people" box.

• Select the email you want to grant access

• Select the degree of sharing; View or Edit.  Note:  Selecting Edit enables real-time collaboration on the shared project.  

Entities

The Entity field within a Users profile allows Project and Folder sharing by default for those end-users with the exact same Entity field value.  RedBuilt sets the Entity field automatically for those whose company email is managed by Microsoft.

For those who email is managed by other email providers please contact RedSpec@redbuilt.com. We will manually establish your firm with it's own unique Entity value, and update your (and others') profile.

This is a great feature when your firm has multiple individuals using RedSpec.
